Rack Of Lamb

Tender French Rack of Lamb in Mint Rosemary Sauce. Served with a savoury warm Quinoa Salad. Accompanied with seasoned Olive Oil Roasted Normandy style Vegetable. All of this started with Light Watermelon and Feta Salad and Finished with a delicious Cheesecake Brownie.

Roasted Duck Breast

Succulent Roasted Breast of Duck. Served with Butter and Herb Roasted Sweet Potato. Accompanied by our signature Honey Roasted Whole Carrots. Starting this meal is a Spinach and Strawberry Salad with a Raspberry Vinegarette, then ending with an amazing Red Wine Red Velvet Cupcake.

This meal starts with an Italian style Marinated Salad, Then two tender Cross Cuts of Veal Shank, braised to perfection. Served with two light baked Potato Croquettes and accompanied with seasoned Olive Oil Acorn Squash. Our Mascarpone Chocolate Bowls end this meal in a sweet and savoury fashion.

Osso Bucco

Light crispy mixed Baby Greens with  homemade Balsamic Dressing starts this meal. A moist Buttery Baked Salomn Steak stuffed with a Herb and Caper Stuffing as your main course. Served with a savory Parmesan Rissoto and a stack of shredded Spaghetti Squash. This meal ends with a light and sweet 

Pineapple Upside Down Cupcake.
